Disadvantages

I have a seizure disorder and cant use Rosemary based oils. Well, my entire package was...Hand Sanitizer with Rosemary and Defend EO which also has Rosemary... I guess I'll use the Black Seed Carrier Oil?!

You are supposed to get at least 30.00 a month in oils/products, because it is typically a surprise and different every month, it’s like Christmas to me each month! I just started in November and enjoyed my CC that month. Was not thrilled with December. Can’t wait for January after the email we received.

Disadvantages

December was a real bummer, three pretty common oils, total of all three oils was just under 19.00, I paid 19.95 for my subscription in December with shipping. Just felt like with the holidays out box would be something really awesome and special and it wasn’t.... I even considered canceling but have seen past posts of things people received so decided to give it a couple more months. My three star rating was only because of the December CC. It really is fun to get a surprise each month through the subscription...

After receiving the email about January, super excited about receiving my CC this month!

I should have talked with customer service before doing a review of being disappointed in the CC for December. I was reimbursed for the CC difference of the guaranteed value of over 30 and what I got of $21. Jade bloom has always had excellent customer service and they reimbursed me the difference in product credit. So I am happy and really look forward to the surprise CC packages! ☆☆☆☆☆ and how JB always goes the extra mile for me in so many ways ☆☆☆☆☆

Update to "What Happened"♡

For Dec. I got three oils, orange, clove and pine which are awesome and useful. Orange smells sooo good, clove is sooo useful and pine I need to learn more about.

That was all I got, worth about $21 not $30 ...maybe it was a partial shipment. Thought it might even be more generous for Christmas. I was disappointed. But I still really like jadebloom.

Never have been disappointed whatsoever and I do not expect to be as your products are superior to most. Your price points are amazing and your products are supreme. For October, I got pumpkin spice blend, chai spice herbal tea and nutmeg oil. I haven't diffused the pumpkin spice yet but I am sure it will smell awesome, perfect for Halloween and thanksgiving and the c gal season. The chai spice tea has black tea in it which I don't drink for religious reasons . JB was nice about letting me have a different kind. Thank you! I traded for sleepy time. The nutmeg oil is one I always wanted. It is a strong oil with lots of good benefits, one of which is that I sleep better with a small amount on. I mixed one drop with some coconut oil and put a little on for its strengthening qualities. Yay for happy surprises in JB CC!
