Clove leaf is a little less potent than clove. If you love cloves but it's too spicy or strong this is the oil you want.

I make sure I NEVER run out of clove oil. It is great to apply right to the gums when littles are teething. If they freak out about the flavor I add a drop into a bit of honey and rub straight to their gums for immediate relief. (Its great for adult tooth pain, too!)
