I finally got to use this one last night and I am beyond happy :)

I have a recipe for this. This is why I ordered it.

I bought Cedarwood Altas on the advice of a fellow Jade Bloomer for helping with sleep, it actually helps my breathing get deeper so I fall asleep quicker. I’ve also been adding it to my fungal prescription cream to aid in clearing it up, it does help heal it quicker.

I find myself turning to this EO to diffuse every day, I will use it in the day and then add vetiver or lav in the evening.

This is the go to oil for getting my boys to sleep quick. Love the smell and it works like a charm !

LOVE this oil. It has an earthy fragrance but it's refreshing. :)
