This lavender is very nice but my favorite would be the Kashmir Lavender hands down. But I think different people prefer different ones, and I would not say that one of them is better than another. Therapeutically, I'd say they are definitely equivalent. I'm simply commenting on preference of smell.

The smell is absolutely devine, and relaxing on its own. I have actually used some of it to rub on my temples after my seizures, to calm my nerves. Excellent!

I recently purchased this oil, and SO glad I did! The smell is amazing (even my husband likes it) and it took my cramps away within minutes!
