This oil is awesome. It can be used in pain blends. It doesn’t smell bad like I imagined it would.

I have this in my diffuser in my bedroom, car and an inhaler mixed with some cinnamon bark. It is supposed to help with withdrawal from smoking. Fingers crossed.

I try not to eat black pepper because if it is to large it can act like a seed and aggravates my intestines so i use the black pepper oil to add in my food, It enhances the taste of my food.

I had heard that black pepper and turmeric daily is a super-food. So I mix one drop of each in the morning in a shot glass of water. It is also supposed to help to detox. I also hope that it will help with my circulation and arthritis. Can't get any better quality so it's worth a try and certainly can't hurt me.

VERY GOOD FOR CIRCULATION

I ordered thus to help with quitting smoking, as I've heard it is good for that. Being that it is only therapeutic grade, I can't drop it on my skin, so I have since ordered a carrier oil to mix it with. Although, I have still put a drop or so rubbed on my nose, it does help with cravings & I have been a lot less stressed out feeling since I have started with this. Hasn't done much as far as my smoking, in that aspect kt is mind over matter & I haven't gotten to that point yet, it does curb cravings to a certain degree for me.

Love the way this product makes my feet feel. I use it to help with circulation.
