As I don’t ingest essential oils, wasn’t sure what I was going to do with this one. I used on toothpicks to help combat smoking…dilute first HOT oil!!! Nice fragrance offsetting element (deepens or dramatically changes the fragrance of another oil).

I enjoy this oil although I have only used it a couple of times. I bought it for a specific recipe then forgot what I wanted to make with it....an invigorating blend I think.

I used black pepper to make my husband flavored toothpicks to help with cigarette cravings.

Great for activating certain properties in blends! Not as pungent as you would think pepper would be!

I love the aroma of this oil, but I am blown away by how well it works in a blend for soreness,....carpel tunnel, tendonitis, lower back pain. It's my go-to for any soreness. I don't generally ingest oils but couldn't resist trying a drop in a tablespoon of olive oil and drizzling it across fresh corn on the cob. Awesome!~

I mixed black pepper oil with peppermint oil to rub on my sore neck.It was very effective.Black pepper is my favorite spice!

this doesn't have much of an aroma, but I do have a lousy sense of smell. I've been using it in a capsule to enhance Turmeric & help with gas/bloating

I got this to help my boyfriend quit smoking and to help me de stress and get focused. The warm, spicy aroma really helps wake me up in the morning!

I use this oil in a beard oil I make, this oil has a subtle warm spice aroma !

Love using this oil in my lotion for inflammation it's helps with quitting smoking also
