Dilute 80:20 with Grapeseed and rub over abdomen once daily. 

 

CHILI SEED

Dilute with Grapeseed in a 4:1 ratio and massage into feet before bed.

 

CLOVE

Add several drops to a veggie capsule once a day or add to food as a dietary supplement. 

 

PINE NEEDLE

Diffuse 4 to 5 drops daily to boost antioxidants.
