I got this with my CC with the car diffuser I love the smell of it. Very relaxing on a long drive

This is a wonderful blend. To my nose, I get a lot of citrus. Its not on the ingredient list, but I smell lime in this one. Perhaps it is the orange mingled with the camphor. The oil can be used to help you be calm and focused during your yoga or meditation practice. You can apply it topically with a carrier oil, diffuse aromatically, or put some witch hazel with it and make a mat spray. Wonderful blend!

I use this beautiful smelling oil in my bath right before I go to bed. It helps me sleep when mixed with frankincense.
