I used this blend to help me to stay focused while studying. I got some inhalers too, so I'm going to make a customer inhaler with this blend.

I received this oil for free, when I placed my first order a while back. It smelled good in the bottle, but I hadn't found a reason to diffuse it yet, until this last weekend. I was cleaning house, and I work in the medical field and I work 12 hr shifts, so the house can get kinda nasty when mom is at work, and the boys are home. I needed something to keep me motivated. I have now found my new oil blend to "wake me up" so to speak, and make me focus on the tasks at hand. I diffused Citta in my kitchen, and the next thing I knew, I had washed all the dishes, cleaned the stove, fridge, microwave, and all the counters, and swept and mopped the floor. It gave me the boost I needed to push through. And it smelled terrific at the same time.

Great blend. I don't do yoga, so I never really looked into those blends, but I got this free and it smells so nice and is very good for focus when working! I like it

This blend is AMAZING!!! It instantly clears your mind and brings a sense of alertness that is focused!! I use this blend daily!! It's so great I just bought the 60 mL bottle!!!!

I smell the peppermint in this more than anything else, which is perfectly fine with me since im a big fan of peppermint oil. This blend is relaxing and I diffuse it often!

Citta (Mind) lives up to it’s name as it is a great centering, mindfulness blend. Definitely a new favorite blend.
