i have a bad back and i would not go without this oil! i blend it with peppermint, black pepper and chili seed or capsaicin with grapeseed or jojoba oil to rub my back. the pain melts away and the oil absorbs nicely.

I'm glad to have received the wintergreen as a freebie & have been using it for Fibromyalgia pain. I haven't decided for sure but feel there are other oils that work better for me.
