Bought this for my son who has ADHD. I use it on his toes and balls of his feet because the smell is strong. Helps him focus and calm down.

Relaxing scent!

I have narcolepsy and can't stay asleep at night. I have tried more sleep aids and pills than you can imagine!! I rub vetiver behind ears and under feet and sleep like a rock for 4-5 hours!!! Very uncommon for me!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I use primarily on my feet at night and a drop on my pillow case. Goes well with Lavender and Frankense in the diffuser also. My only complaint is that it is a very thick oil and the delivery system is always slow...
