I have only used as essential oils once, and that was today. I was feeling anxious and emotional (menopause). I remembered that I purchased this & put it on my wrists and the base of my neck and temples. Within 15 minutes I was feeling everything subside. It was VERY fast & it has now been several hours and I am still doing well. Very excited by these results.

exhibits amazing properties to soothes and induces sleep. i'm intrigued by the properties. i do recommend to dilute this.

I am intrigued by the properties of valerian. It's unique.

I got a sample of this and tried it in my sleep oils! I must say I was amazed at how much it worked. I slept through the night and awoke refreshed! I have tried valerian root capsules before and they did not help me. But this little bottle of magic works! Going to order the bigger bottle now that I know this works!

I diffuse at night. I fall asleep sooner and sleep longer!

This oil is a great bedtime addition!

I got this just to test it out since I have chronic insomnia. I figured it wouldn’t smell great since valerian tincture is disgusting as well as the smell of the tablets I have. I’m not sure if it actually helps with my sleep but it’s nice to have on hand.

Valerian EO doesn’t smell that great, but it helps me get to sleep fast. I mix with carrier oil and apply to the bottoms of my feet. I’ve been getting better quality sleep since using this oil!

for those of you who don't like the smell of this blend it with Ylang Ylang or with some oil you do like - or instead of diffusing apply it - I'm like that with Spikenard - but it's a great oil so I just mix it with Vetiver or Ylang Ylang & they all work well together - same with Valerian! Enjoy!

not sure if it really works because I can't stand the smell which is dirty socks and that is not good. so not sure how good it could be if it smelled better.
