I bought the Soothe Muscle Rub during the Christmas in July sale. Soon after I received it, my son and his wife and family came to visit us for a few days. He complained of his lower neck and shoulders hurting him so bad, so I opened the product and gave it to his wife. She said she would put some on him. The next day, he told me he loved the product and it really seemed to help. So.. needless to say, I gave him mine and I'm ordering myself another one! Great product!!

I didn't feel much pain relief, and it's quite clumpy and separated. I soaks in very quick so doesn't make a great massage lotion either. On the positive side, it feels moisturizing and smells nice and fresh.

I tried this for some sciatic pain and was pleasantly surprised by the smell. It is a better smell than some other kinds of rubs. I have some issues with the consistency of it, sometimes it just squirts out in a blob and is mostly separated. Wish It would come out more even. It does help with the pain.

I keep this gel at work for when my back hurts. It’s soothing and has a better scent than most commercial pain relief topical products.

I wanted to love this because of the ingredients but I just can't. It is kind of hard to get out, it separates, comes out in clumps or just sticky gel despite kneading the tube. The Soothe formula has literally saved my life. Both the oil blend and the massage gel are amazing. They enable me to keep on moving with my arthritis beginning in my knee and achilles tendonitis in my foot. I highly highly recommend trying them if you suffer with aches & pains as i do.

Love the massage gel but dislike the rubber tube, hard to get the gel out. Once it's so low you can't get any more. Took it apart & there was alot of gel left in tube. Squeezed it out now tube won't go back together. Please consider a different container.

Love the silicone container, makes it very easy for arthritic hands to use. Works well to relieve muscle pain in my frozen shoulder.

I was excited to try this product. I’m a LMT and I have been using JB products in my business for a while now. I tried this product on a family member who experiences back pain. First, the product is chunky like cottage cheese and when I began to work it into the tissues it began to separate and became stringy. Second, the packaging is clever but the smell of the product leeches through the silicone. I would need to put it in a baggy for transport. Lastly, he did not report a great deal of difference in his discomfort. I will stick with the Soothe rub for now. I think the concept is good, but some things need to be tweaked.
