I use this whenever I get tension or pain. It has relieved tension in my neck that causes me to lose my concentration and balance. Before I got this Blend and I had a flare up, I could not work, drive or even walk. Now I rub three drops on the back of my neck, wait 5-10 mins and I am can walk, work and drive. I also use this on my arthritis and tendinitis. I rub 2-3 drops on the spot and receive relief in a few minutes. I love this Blend. It may be my favorite.

This stuff works. I have chronic pain that I deal with on a daily basis and this oil has really helped me. I use it alone or under the new Soothe rub JB has released, which I HIGHLY recommend if you have pain issues. They both work very well alone, but together, it's like a sledge-hammer for pain, and I need a sledge-hammer.

Had pain and it felt like it was burning in between shoulder blades. Had just gotten first order of oil. One was Soothe. I had my husband to put on where I was hurting. It felt cooling when it was applied. After just a few minutes it felt a lot better. Then the pain was gone completely. Love this product.

I put 1-2 drops in 4 cups of water and drink it though out the day every day (it makes my breath fresh too.) I love how it feels on my body and top it off it has a favourite oil of mine (Peppermint)! Definitely Recommend!
