I love Alleviate! I was introduced to essential oils by my massage therapist. She uses them liberally & effectively in her practice. I’ve suffered from terrible headaches since I sustained a traumatic brain injury in a serious car accident. Alleviate, if applied at the first hint of a headache, can stop a headache from fully forming without the use of traditional medication. I love this oil! It’s a lifesaver!

Disadvantages

Zero disadvantages, although I’d recommend you not apply it too near your eyes.

Put it on the wrists and breathe in often. Didn’t sting or burn my skin.

I use this for practically every ache. Works great for my headaches, roll it across my forehead and at each temple for quick relief! I also use this on my toes when numbness starts to form, helps the numbness to cease and I can get on with my work.

Disadvantages

Haven't found any disadvantages and do not believe I ever will. Love this product!!

I love love love my alleviate, and the alleviate sensitive that comes ready to us! When I need some tension relief, this is my Go to!! I have it in my purse, at home, and in my desk drawer at work! I don't go anywhere without this oil!!!

Smells good and definitely helps!

This is a lifesaver. I keep it with me at all times and when you can feel that tension headache creeping up I pull this out and there is relief. It's so nice to have an option instead of taking a pill.
