If you are unhappy, for any reason, with any product you purchase from us, simply contact our support team with your order number and we'll issue you an RMA and a prepaid return label. Any products may be returned for any reason within 120 days of initial purchase. Any points received for purchasing products that are ultimately returned will be removed from your point balance upon the processing of your return.
To commence the return process, open up a Help Desk ticket on your Jade Bloom account and use the drop-down menu to select the Returns department. Send a list of the items you would like to return.
