We used repel over Fourth of July weekend on ourselves and our 18 month old and we didn't have one bite! When normally in that location we'd be bit up. This is our new go to. It's natural, safe and does what it says and those are the best kind of things to buy!

This smells so much better than all the repellants in the store.

The use of Deet terrifies me. After reading all the horrible effects it can have (especially in children) I was very relieved that this might be an option. I was a little leery of the price tag and afraid it may not work. I was very pleased that it was effective, and plan on ordering more to keep my kiddo and myself safe! Plus, it doesn't have that greasy feel that makes you want to take a shower the second you get home from an outdoor activity.

My Granddaughter is attacked by bugs nightly. This is sprayed on and 4 hours later still no bugs. Love it

Worked great and smelled great. I wasn't worried about my kids accidentally ingesting it and we sprayed it in our tent without having to air it out in order to breathe.

Smells amazing! keeps the mosquitoes, ticks, flies away....just purchased my second bottle.

One word. Amazing! I tried this for the first time on my husband and son when they went hunting deep into the woods. Right now ticks are everywhere and I've been searching for something to repel them. They came back after 3 days without a single bug bite and NO ticks!!!

This bug repellent works great! It lasts a long time as well since you only have to use a small amount.

I bought this oil for a mission trip to the Dominican Republic & it really worked at keeping the bugs at bay & I was really happy not to have to apply a product with Deet everyday. The only drawback was that applying an oil all over your body like that made you hot. I did use another natural spray some days, also called Repel which was lighter but had a very strong odor which I didn't like. (http://www.repel.com/products/personal-repellents/alternative-solutions/lemon-eucalyptus.aspx) So - my only suggestion for Jade Bloom's Repel would be to see if there was a way to lighten the heaviness of the oil because in some places like where I was you have to apply it morning/noon/night & it really raised your body temperature even after a COLD shower - you'd apply the Repel then you were hot again. All in all it is a very good product and I would buy it again and recommend it to others.
