This has been a good addition to my collection. I have used this for leg cramps, arthritis, added to my home made deodorant and love to smell it periodically throughout the day to calm my breathing.

I hurt my back this week and I have been in terrific pain; muscle spasms. I bought this oil this passed week and put it on my back! Within a few minutes the muscle spasms stopped!! IT WORKS!! Thank you!
