I use peppermint all the time for soo many different things. Its an added ingredient in so many of the things I make. Can't be without it, that's for sure.

I live near a big field and tend to get spiders in the hot summer months. Started mixing several drops of peppermint with water in a spray bottle and spraying twice a day and haven't gotten nearly as many spiders!

Smells great diffused or worn topically. So many uses for this oil-it really helps headaches, upset stomach, etc. Its also a great pick me up when inhaled with orange oil.

Love this oil! Crisp and clean peppermint, does wonders for headaches and that afternoon fog that hits sometimes. I dab some on the back of my neck and on my temples. I inhale the beautiful scent and instantly feel lifted and better.

I mixed my peppermint with almond oil and it works well to keep the gnats away. Also love the tingling feeling when I apply it. So refreshing!
