Muscle Aches & Fatigue

AJOWAN

Dilute 60:40 with black seed oil and massage gently into the area of pain.  Repeat as needed every 2 to 3 hours.

 

BIRCH

Place 1 to 2 drops directly on the sore muscle and massage gently.


BLACK PEPPER

Rub 3 to 4 drops into sore muscles.

 

CORIANDER

Place 1 to 2 drops directly on the sore muscle and massage gently.

 

CYPRESS

Add 10 to 15 drops of cypress oil to your bath and gently massage tired muscles.

 

MAJORAM

For natural muscle relaxation, massage 2 to 3 drops of of majoram oil on sore muscles.

 

OREGANO

Dilute oregano oil 75:25 with carrier oil and then massage oil into sore muscles.

 

TURMERIC

Dilute with Black Cumin Seed Oil in a 1:1 ratio and massage gently into sore muscles.

 

WHITE FIR

Gently massage 1-2 drops into each area of concern, moving toward the heart to assist the lymphatic system in expelling lactic acid buildup. Apply with ice or heat as need.
