I've struggled with restless legs for years and am happy to have found that this rub helps calm that uncomfortable sensation and helps me get a better night's sleep. This summer I strained my back. I applied it to my lower back and found it also reduced my back pain. I love this rub!

this is the best cream I have ever tried, works on muscle cramps instantly. Also good after working out in a gym or in the yard. Perfect price and great product.

I recently received a sample of this with my order. I must say that it impressed me. It truly helps with my stiff joints and aching muscles. The fragrance is not overpowering and is pleasant. It works very well. Thank you for the sample, it allowed me relief from daily discomfort.

I think the Arrowroot powder leaves a residue after ointment is applied and absorbed. I wish it came in a bigger jar.

I have been getting excruciating inner thigh cramps for a few years now. They are so bad I can't straighten my leg or put weight on it. Always in the middle of the night. Last night I had one that went from the groin to halfway to my knee! I tried this rub. Oh my heck! The cramp immediately settled down! Sometimes they come in waves that will last up to 10 minutes. Just one after another. I am usually bawling by the time it is all over. But last night I barely felt the second one coming on and it stopped before it got going. Within 3 minutes I was done...and back in bed!
