Increase the effectiveness of other essential oils on inflammation by blending Copaiba 50:50 before use.

 

EUCALYPTUS

Massage 1-2 drops over the afflicted area, always moving toward the heart to support the lymphatic system. 

 

FRANKINCENSE

Massage frankincense essential oil into the inflicted area, being careful to move toward the heart. For general inflammation, add 1 drop to a steaming pot of water and inhale until the water is cooled. 

 

CHILI SEED

Dilute heavily with Black Cumin Seed carrier oil in a 6:1 ratio and massage gently into area of inflammation.

 

SPIKENARD

Dilute 2 to 3 drops in a 3:1 ratio with Black Cumin Seed Oil and massage gently into area of concern.

 

TURMERIC

Massage 1 to 2 drops over the target area always moving toward the heart.
