Diffuse for 2 to 3 hours at a time throughout the day as needed.

 

BERGAMOT

Apply a single drop of bergamot essential oil to the palm of the hand, rub your hands together, and cup over the nose and mouth for up to one minute several times a day. Also apply 1 drop over the abdomen several times a day. 

 

LEMON

Diffuse or inhale directly.

 

PINE NEEDLE

Massage 3 to 4 drops into temples and neck twice daily to help manage stress.

 

ROSEWOOD

Diffuse or inhale directly.

 

VANILLA OLEORESIN

Diffuse or inahle directly.

 

YLANG YLANG

Diffuse or inhale directly.  Also apply 1 to 2 drops directly on neck and sides of head and massage slowly.
