I rarely ever get scrapes or cuts or anything that I would need Neosporin for, plus I have no children; however, it's great to have around for the 'just in case' life accidents. But I do love this for bug bites. It definitely helps with the itch. It's not instant relief, you have to wait a minute or 2 for the relief to come to the bug bite... but it comes. Much better than using harsh chemicals. And for scars, I am using this on very very old ones (20 years old) so I don't know if anything will help them at this point... but one can try right?

My husband has been the one attacked by mosquitoes this year and helped in the healing of the bites. He loved it and reaches for it every time he gets a bite
