Frankincense Sacred is a go-to oil. I pretty much use it daily. It is super beneficial for inflammation, whether it's sore muscles or digestive issues. I also use it on my lymph nodes with castor oil when I'm getting sick, and for cysts that have developed in the past.Disadvantages

When I first opened this bottle I was very disappointed. It just didn't smell right for Frankincense. I put it on and waited a few minutes and smelled it on my wrist. OMGosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
