This is one of the superstars in Carisa recipes. So many excellent recipes. She also has serums already made for you here on Jade Bloom. Since I found Carisa on TikTok I’m done searching for my perfect skincare. Finally, only took 63 years.

Love this oil! Excellent quality! I use two drops of this Frankincense, 2 drops JB Lavender and 4 drops of jojoba oil and have noticed a big improvement in my facial skin.

I purchased Frank from an MLM for years because I knew it has so many benefits, but I couldn't deal with the scent. This one, though is lovely. I use it along with Copaiba and Geranium with Black Seed oil for nerve pain/damage from a surgery, along with lavender to help with irritation and breakouts from wearing a mask and sometimes on dark marks on my face.

I have a new love for frankincense. I have really been trying to get used to the smell for a while, using a little at a time. Today, I had a migraine that would not go away even after two rounds of Excedrin Migraine and lots of water. I searched on the Jade Bloom FB group page for suggestions on how to get rid of migraines. There were quite a few comments about putting at drop on the thumb and applying it to the roof of the mouth. There was also a suggestion to use a drop in the top of the head. Desperately, I tried the roof of the mouth. Instantly, I felt some of the pain leave. Still feeling some nausea, I applied lavender on my temples and my forehead, rubbing the excess on my scalp. I decided to apply some frank on the top of my head and massage it into my scalp at my pressure points. I am amazed how fast the oils worked. I have the slightest bit of nausea, but my headache is gone! Wha...???!! It took maybe 10 minutes??!?!? I will be taking my frank where ever I go. BTW, lavender and frank smell great together.

Frankincense is one of my favorite oils! It’s a great price that can’t be beat with Jade Bloom. I love diffusing it with lavender at night, or between night shifts when I sleep during the day. I’ll be searching for other ways to use this staple in my stash!
