I started using this because of a cancer diagnosis. It has kept my cancer cell count under the accepted count. I put a drop on my thumb, and press it to the roof of my mouth every morning. I'm 2 years cancer free! I also use it for dark spots, with some success.

I had read that Frankincense is good for the mind and emotions, easing anxiety. For me, the scent does have a calming affect. I rub a little in between my collar bone and breathe deeply. The deep breathing and the added distraction of the scent really helps me to clear my mind and not react as intensely to my emotions.

I love this Frankincense Carteri oil! I've gotten the Boswellia Carteri from other places and this is one of the best. It smells good (not too strong) and is soothing and gentle on the skin. I love using this oil in my skincare blends.

Best frankincense I've ever used. So mild and gentle on the most sensitive skin. I love blending this in all my skincare oils, aloe, etc.
