This is something to have for cold season. It will open up those airways and you can put drops on cotton ball and lay on humidifier while running.

Eucalyptus was so helpful during cold and flu season for us. My kids never got the flu but did catch a cold that involved chest congestion and coughing. I diluted this is some grapeseed oil mixed with the protect blend and it really helped soothe their cough and fight whatever virus it was.

So handy to have when you have kids!

I diffuse this oil, I use this oil on a diffuser necklace as well to open my sinuses

I love using this with a carrier oil to help break the sting and itch of summer bug bites.
