This has become my go-to blend for tummy troubles. I rub a few drops mixed with a few drops of carrier oil all over my tummy and wait a few minutes.

I have been using this in a roller ball on my stomach and it seems to be easing the discomfort I have been having. It also seems to help with nausea.
Another must have oil for the medicine cabinet - it works!

Digest does what is says it does. I was amazed recently when I had an upset stomach and it was back to normal within 10 minutes of rolling some on my abdomen. I don’t recommend ingesting oils on a regular basis, but I did add a drop of this to some carbonated water one day. I had no other “safe” undiluted oil to use where I was at and don’t like it without flavor. It was rather tasty using just a drop!

When we have stomach issues we rub with a carrier in clockwise motion on our belly/intestines

My son deals with nausea because it is side effect of a medication he has to take. Digest relieves the nausea immediately. It smells so much better than ginger. It’s a great blend.
