Cramps & Spasms

BASIL

Apply 1 to 2 drops directly onto muscles and massage gently.  For stomach cramps place 1 to 2 drops directly on tongue and ingest.

 

CLARY SAGE

For menstrual cramps, apply 1-2 drops of clary sage a day to the arches of the feet or over the reproductive organs.  

 

LEMONGRASS

For muscle cramps or spasms apply 1-2 drops of lemongrass essential oil directly on your muscles and massage gently. 

 

MARJORAM


Dilute 50:50 with carrier oil and then apply 2 to 4 drops directly to location.  Massage gently.
