Love for weightloss

This has been a great oil I use for getting rid of extra pounds. I use it in a capsule & it is one of many oils that are able to affect breaking up triglycerides & breaking down fat. It taste is pretty overpowering so my strong suggestion would be if you are going to use it for this purpose, you better buy some capsules. I place 4-5 drops with a little olive oil & take 2x per day. It curbs my appetite as well & when I don't use it, I notice the pounds don't come off. The process is called lipolysis so Google it. Personally, I would use 2 drops of clove oil because it has a super high ORAC value which basically means, it is highly oxygenated & can get into more cells readily. Happy fat loss!!
