Massage into the areas of concern daily to reduce pain.

 

KASHMIR LAVENDER

Massage several drops into the areas of pain gently. Gentle massage also has the benefit of overriding pain signals to the brain. 

 

SANDALWOOD

Massage 2-3 drops over the area of concern with a carrier oil.
