Advantages

I use this essential oil in an inhaler when I have a headache. I combine it with peppermint and Spike lavender. This always helps drive away the building pain of a headache. It has such a strong icy mint smell. It also blends well in chest rubs for colds. I have purchased this oil before and will continue to buy.

Disadvantages

Very strong and might actually make someone cough if they have a cold because it can almost irritate the lungs if deeply inhaled. Usually helps calm a cough though.

Definitely a useful oil. It's good for clearing the lungs, boosting immunity and relieving pain and inflammation. Works on sore muscles too. It's anti-fungal and anti-bacterial and is strong enough to use in bug repellent sprays. I find this to be a very useful oil.

This is a great oil to blend with other oils! Love using and making salve for sinus issues, works great!!!

There are a lot of great uses for Camphor essential oils! Great in relieving sore muscles, lower back pain, and arthritic pain! It helps clear lung congestion! It's a holistic remedy for colds, coughs, the flu, and sore throat!

This is a great product! great for pains and keeping away bugs! I use it around the screened in porch and around doorways and windows! It is also great for diffusing if anyone is sick with a cold or flu! This is a must have!
