- Great BlendI bought this for headache relief. When I feel a headache coming on I rub a few drops of Alleviate on my temples and it keeps the headache at bay. Unfortunately if the headache is already bad, I still have to take ibuprofen but Alleviate is still relaxing aromatically.

- SummaryWhoa overpowering mint. Clears the senses but not my headache. Will have to use very sparinly when diffusing. Could use some ideas on what to maybe use to cut the mint explosion.

- Very Effective!My allergies have been going crazy this year and this blend has really helped me a lot! I love the wintergreen in it. I put some in an inhaler and carry it with me pretty much wherever I go!

- Never leave the house without it!If I could only pick one oil or blend, this would be it. I keep a roller ball in my wallet and am never without it. I suffer from chronic migraines and this blend has been a life saver. I've used it so much, it's become a comfort scent. I even pull it out as a mood booster on occasion. Love this blend so very much!
