I really appreciate another person commenting on how this helped his/her constipation. My aunt and my mother suffer from constipation due to very strong pain meds they were prescribed by their doctors. When I read a comment below about not being able to go for two weeks I immediately purchased this oil to put in a veggie capsule for them. Within two days they were normal again. I'll be purchasing this oil regularly. Thank you JB!!!

I know Flaxseed oil is great for gut health and that JB produces top notch oils so I'm very hopeful this will help me!

I am not even ashamed to confess on this review that I was constipated for 2 weeks. I had NO urge to go to the bathroom at all, but my stomach was aching so badly! After a week and a half of pain, I started taking laxatives, which I really didn't want to do, but did anyways. After 4 days of taking 2 pills each day, NOTHING was happening. Then, the next day, I took 2 capsules of Flaxseed oil and that very same day I was having normal, healthy bowel movements.

Very thankful to have found a natural alternative to laxatives, and it didn't cause me to be on the toilet all day either... it helped me get back to normal with out the crazy purge that usually happens, if you know what I mean.
